Q: The floating symbols over my head look like anything but not like diamonds, triangles or bars. What's wrong?
A: Probably you don't have a correctly installed unicode font. For windows this would e.g. be the font "arialuni.ttf". See e.g. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/287247. Windows users can try to activate languages support in the control panel, which should install the desired fonts automatically. For Linux you would need the font "unicode.ttf" (disclaimer: we take no responsibility for the content of external pages. Installing is on your own risk). Mac users should not experience this problem at all.


Q: Why does the dispenser not work for me? Why don't I get meter updates? Why are my IMs not answered?
A: Make sure you have not accidentally muted Tala Nagy. Please check your mute list.

Q: I would love to have the feature XYZ in the meter. Can you add it?
A: Probably yes! Send me a detailed description and the advantages you expect from it, please!
